- $975 Early Bird price ends Friday May 31st
- $999 Regular price ends Friday September 27th
- $1,099 Late Registration price from Saturday September 28th to Thursday October 17th

Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy
You may substitute participants without charge at any time; just notify us by emailing Paula Lyden at firstname.lastname@example.org
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund of your registration fee provided that your cancellation notice is emailed to Paula Lyden at email@example.com by midnight of Friday September 20, 2019.
You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee provided that your cancellation notice is emailed to Paula Lyden at firstname.lastname@example.org by midnight of Friday October 4, 2019.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after October 4, 2019. If you have any questions regarding this policy please email or call Paula at 505-338-4210.
Photos during the Event
Throughout educational sessions and social functions, we will be snapping pictures to capture the spirit of the event. Attendees should know that through their attendance, they are granting the National Credit Union Call Center Conference permission to use these photos in various publications.
Harassment-free Conference Experience
The National Credit Union Call Center Conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.
Conference participants violating this policy may be asked to leave the conference at the discretion of the conference organizers.
If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, you are not required to, but you are encouraged to report the details. Conference staff will take seriously all concerns brought to them. Harassment reduces the value of our conference for everyone. For this reason we work hard to provide a safe, professional, and learning environment for all.
