Cancellation & Refund Policy
Partial refund with 15% administrative fee withheld — You may cancel your sponsor/exhibitor registration and receive a refund up to 61 days prior to the event, provided that your cancellation notice is emailed to Sara Rochelle at sara@cuanm.org.
Partial refund with 25% administrative fee withheld — You may cancel your sponsor/exhibitor registration and receive a refund 60 to 31 days prior to the event, provided that your cancellation notice is emailed to Sara Rochelle at sara@cuanm.org.
If your sponsor/exhibitor registration is cancelled within 30 days of the event, no refund will be provided.
