The National Credit Union Call Center Conference and Strategic Contact Team Up on Benchmarking Survey

We are back with our pursuit of the 2020 Credit Union Contact Center Benchmark Survey. I hope you are ready to participate! To make it easy on you, we are going to do this in three easy pieces: Operations, Technology, and Metrics. We request only  about 10 minutes a month for the next three months, and in return you will get the results in August and September! We are planning roundtables and conference sessions to discuss the results, so you can look forward to those, too.
